Recessive has been selected by Frameline 35: The San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival to screen this June. Screening times are:

“Recessive” to screen in Bilbao, Spain

“Recessive” has been selected to participate in Zinegoak, Spain’s leading LGBT film festival. The film will screen in competition in the 2011 festival, scheduled for Jan 22 – 30, 2011. For more information, check out the festival website at www.zinegoak.com.


HBO/DGA Directing Fellowship!

Today I received an amazing phone call – I have been selected for the 2011 HBO/DGA Directing Fellowship! The year long position begins early 2011, and I will be shadowing the directors of multiple HBO shows. I am very honored to be one of two people selected this year. More posts to come once I begin working!


Project:Involve class of 2011

I have been selected as a Directing fellow for Film Independent’s Project:Involve! Project:Involve takes on ~30 fellows each year, in categories ranging from Directors, Writers, Producers, Marketing, etc. The program is 9 months of professional development through workshops, screenings, industry panels, and one on one mentorship with an industry professional.
